Returns

Non-Returnable Items

- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24β48 hours of delivery with pictures or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 working days via bank transfer or mobile wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash).
